Join us on Tuesday 6 May 2025 for the launch of the Inclusion Hub at Redbridge Central Library – a new community space designed to support adults living with physical disabilities, learning disabilities or difficulties, or experiencing mental health challenges.
This welcoming, inclusive space brings people together to connect, grow, and thrive. Take part in engaging activities and access local support services – all under one roof.

Activities Schedule:
- All morning: Kurling & Boccia
- 10:30am to 11am – Zumba Gold (low intensity)
- 11am to 11:30am – Seated Yoga & Mindfulness
Information stalls will also be available throughout the morning, featuring support from:
- Age UK
- Uniting Friends
- Coping Through Football
- Havering Crest PCN

Accessability: Redbridge Central Library is a wheelchair-friendly venue, with accessible toilets, lifts, and sensory-friendly spaces available. If you have any additional access needs, please let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to support you.
After the launch
The Inclusion Hub will continue with monthly sessions across accessible venues in Redbridge, offering a variety of inclusive, creative, and tailored activities based on the interests of attendees.
These may include:
- Arts & Crafts
- Gentle movement or relaxation sessions
- Guest speakers from local services
- Social time and community-building activities
No two sessions will be the same — and we’re always open to new ideas.
