Athletics Track
We have an eight lane track, competition specification hammer, two long jump/triple jump pits and javelin and shot put areas. There are also high jump and pole vault facilities. We offer pay as you go access or an annual membership offering unlimited access to the track. For opening times please check the athletic track availability at the top of the page.
We now have a brand new Gym and Track membership option available. Pay £325 upfront for unlimited use 7 days a week for a whole year!
Gym
If you are looking for gym only option then our newly refurbished gym at Ashton Playing Fields could be just what you need! Sign up to annual membership for just £300 or pay £30 per month for unlimited use 7 days a week. For more information on our monthly offer please email ashton@vision-rcl.org.uk
Equipment includes: Leg Press, Chin & Dip, Seated Row, Lat Pull Down, Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Dumbells, Smith Machine, 2 treadmills, 2 cross trainers, 1 bike, 1 octane, Matted area for functional exercise.
Astro Turf Pitch
Our 2G Astro Turf pitch is perfect for a range of activities including football, hockey and more. We can also host birthday parties and school bookings.
Grass Pitches
We have 3 full sized and 1 junior grass football pitches for hire at Ashton Playing Fields. These can be hired on either a seasonal or one-off basis. Please contact our team to discuss availability.
Venue Hire
The Function Hall at Ashton Playing Fields is capable of holding 120 people and available until 11.30pm on Fridays and Saturday. The function hall is perfect for any event, including, birthdays, christenings, weddings and anniversaries. The Meeting Room is available all day every day, and is great for coffee mornings, tutorials or meetings. Holding up to 15 people a fantastic atmosphere can be generated.
