About the park
Hainault Lodge Local Nature Reserve is a small woodland site immediately adjacent to Redbridge Cycling Centre. The site can be accessed during daylight hours via a short path opposite the cycling centre car park. The site is rich in history having been home to a former royal hunting lodge and had various other uses since the late 18th Century. It is now a haven for wildlife and the perfect place for a quiet stroll. It also offers fantastic views of London on the western boundary.
