About the park
The park has many features from formal rose beds for you to enjoy and plenty of seating so you can relax while out for a long stroll. The Park is a big hit with dog walkers. The skate park in the southern end of the park is very popular among children and young adults. There is also a children’s play area on site that is very popular at weekends with families.
Seven Kings Park has been honoured with the prestigious Green Flag Award 2024, which recognises and rewards well-managed parks and green spaces, across the UK.

Seven Kings Park has retained its Green Flag Status for 2024.
Valentines Park and Hainault Forest in Redbridge have been named among the UK’s top ten parks in the 2024 People’s Choice Awards. This prestigious award recognises and celebrates parks that are clean, well-maintained, and inviting spaces for relaxation and recreation, and highlights the strong community support for Redbridge’s beloved green spaces.

Outdoor Gym
Seven Kings Park features an outdoor gym which is free to use and fun way to stay way to stay active whilst getting some fresh air.
By using the outdoor gyms frequently this will enable you to maintain/lose weight, strengthen your body, increase your fitness levels and improve mental wellbeing.
Tennis
We have 10 parks across the borough with tennis courts, including Seven Kings Park that are available to book during park open times.
Cost to hire the courts:
- Monday – Friday up to 12noon – FREE
- Monday – Friday 12-5pm – £2.50
- Monday – Friday 5pm to closing & weekends – £5
Bowls
Redbridge hosts a range of bowls clubs around the borough, offering tournaments and other events through membership.

Car Parking
Car parking available at this site, payment via RingGo. No cash payments accepted.
Motorcycles can park for free if they are parked within a bay.
