This christmas get ready to twirl through a twister and land in the colourful Land of Oz, where magic sparkles, friendships grow and anything is possible!
Join Dorothy and follow the Yellow Brick Road on a quest to find the mysterious Wizard of Oz. Along the way, they’ll meet a lovable Scarecrow who needs a brain, a sweet Tin Man searching for a heart, and a silly Cowardly Lion who just wants to be brave.
With surprises around every corner, this enchanting stage show is a treat for the whole family—whether you’re 5 or 105. Grab your ruby slippers and come see why there’s truly no place like home!
This production is based on the original story The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum.

Santa’s Christmas Workshop
Come and visit Santa’s Workshop, where Santa and his hard-working elves are busily getting ready for The Big Day!
Our elves will welcome you to their Magical Interactive Christmas Show.
After the show, Miss Christmas will take you to the Elves workshop, where you will be able to make a Christmas decoration that you can take home and write your letter to Santa.
Next, you will be invited to meet Father Christmas himself, in the grotto. His helpful elves can then take your photo with your own phone or camera.
Pop Up Panto
Redbridge Creates Theatre Company presents… Pop-Up Panto!
Fee-fi-fo-FUN — giant laughs to get us into the festive period!
Climb into a world of laughter, music, and mayhem as the classic tale of Jack and the Beanstalk bursts onto the stage in a pop up pantomime packed with sparkle, slapstick and silliness!
Join brave young Jack, his larger-than-life mum Dame Trott, a twinkly Fairy, and a Golden Goose with attitude as they take on the grumpy Giant in this laugh-out-loud adventure for all the family. Expect catchy songs, slapstick comedy, and plenty of audience participation in this high-energy retelling of a timeless story — complete with magic beans, a beanstalk that touches the stars, and a giant who might just have a change of heart!
With dazzling costumes, quick-fire gags, and heart-warming moments, this year’s panto promises huge fun for children and adults.

Christmas at Valentines Mansion
The most wonderful time of the year at Valentines Mansion! Come along for a day full of festive cheer – carol singing, craft stalls for some Christmas shopping, Artists’ Open Studios, children’s craft activities, live music, Victorian Christmas displays, mulled wine and much more! Enjoy the whole house decorated beautifully for the seasonal celebrations. A lovely, festive day for the whole family.

One of the most exciting events in our calendar! The Christmas Artists’ Open Studios.
The perfect day out for some unique festive gift shopping – choose from fused glass, paintings, ceramics, jewellery and more. A great day out the entire family, the whole house will be open for this much-loved Christmas open day.
1856 Café & Owls Play Centre – Letter to Santa Experience
Enjoy a festive treat this season with our special Christmas offer experience. For just £5, children can post a letter to Santa and receive a personalised reply, along with a delicious gingerbread man and a cosy hot chocolate, perfect for adding a touch of magic to the countdown to Christmas.
Christmas Crafts
Join us for a Christmas themed craft session. We will be making sustainable crafts out of natural, recycled or biodegradable materials. At the end of the session you can take these home and use them as decoration.
All materials for the crafts will be provided, but please note we will be spending some time outside to search for materials so please make sure you wrap up warm!
The crafts are designed for children aged 4-10 years old
Feed the Farm Tour
Take a morning tour around Foxburrows Farm, discover the animals that live here, and help to give some of them their breakfast.
Starting before the Farm is open to the public, this tour will teach you about the animals that we have on the farm, including how some can help to manage the forest. There will also be the opportunity to feed some animals (please note that we cannot guarantee feeding specific animals)
