Who to go to first
If you have a complaint, please let the member of staff who is dealing with you at the time know. Otherwise come in person, telephone, email or write to us, putting the facts as simply as you can. If you can, do it as soon as possible so that something can be done to deal with your concerns. You can email your comments directly to each facility or service area.

If you are a British Sign Language (BSL) user, you can contact us using the InterpretersLive! service, provided by Sign Solutions. Available from Monday 6 May 2024.

The video call service is available for:
- General enquiries – Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm
How to use BSL video interpretation?
The BSL video InterpretersLive! service will connect you to a video BSL Interpreter.
- Go to InterpretersLive!
- Enter your name (this is optional) and select which Redbridge service you want to contact
- You will then be connected to a video BSL Interpreter
