Redbridge Museum

Redbridge Museum & Heritage Centre is the local museum and archive service for the London Borough of Redbridge.

The Museum explores the many different places, people and events in over 200,000 years of Redbridge history.

The Heritage Centre offers a wide range of free local and family history resources and archives. It holds the largest collection of materials in the Borough on the history of Ilford, Wanstead, Woodford and Redbridge.

The Museum and Heritage Centre can be found on the second floor of Redbridge Central Library in Ilford.

Opening hours:

Museum: Tuesday – Saturday 11am – 5pm

Heritage Centre: Tuesday – Friday, every other Saturday 10.30am – 4pm
