Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure is thrilled to announce the return of the Redbridge Holiday Mega Mix this Easter, presenting an array of engaging and affordable activities tailored for children aged 5 to 16. All thanks to funding from Redbridge Council.
Affordable Fun:
For just £1, children can dive into an hour of swimming at Fullwell Cross, Loxford, and Mayfield Leisure Centres. Alternatively, they can enjoy cinematic delights with screenings of the latest films like “Spider Man: Across The Spider-verse,” “Trolls Band Together,” or “Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie” at Kenneth More Theatre.
Diverse Learning Opportunities:
The Mega Mix goes beyond traditional fun, providing youngsters with opportunities to learn new digital skills. From interactive storytelling and Lego building to 3D modelling, coding, and electronics, there’s a workshop to captivate every young mind.
Active Adventures:
Keeping the energy levels high, children can engage in tennis coaching, dance, roller skating, and theatre sessions. All activities are designed to be inclusive, as well as the adapted sessions catering to children who may benefit from additional support, this includes cycling, water sports, and arts & crafts suitable for children aged 5 to 18 years.
Do More in Redbridge:
For those looking to enhance their swimming abilities, Swim Crash Courses are available at Fullwell Cross and Mayfield Leisure Centres. Cycling enthusiasts can enroll in courses at Redbridge Cycling Centre, while water sports camps at Fairlop Outdoor Activity promise a world of aquatic adventure. Theatre lovers can catch captivating shows like “Alice in Wonderland,” “The Three Bears,” “Musical Theatre Rocks,” and “There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed A Fly” at Kenneth More Theatre.
