National Fitness Day: Yoga
Join Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure for Yoga in Redbridge Central Library to celebrate National Fitness Day.
Yoga can produce many benefits to both our physical and mental health. It aims to relieve anxiety, de-stress and calm the mind, increase cognitive function and give you more energy. It can also strengthen the body, improve back and joint pain, change body shape and improve sleep.
Following this session, you will have the opportunity to talk to the team and ask any questions about the services Vision RCL have to offer.
London Borough of Redbridge have partnered with Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure and Redbridge Institute of Adult Education to deliver this session as part of their new project: Active Body, Healthy Mind.
Yoga mats and blocks will be provided on the day, but bring your own mat if you have one.
Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and bring water to keep hydrated.
Adults only (19+).
One of the following ID required on the day of the event.

● Utility Bill (in participant’s name)
