Paddleboarding involves standing up on a board and using a paddle to make your way through the water. You’ll use your arms while standing or kneeling to propel you and your board forward.
Our Adult Paddleboarding session at Fairlop Outdoor Activity Centre is a popular water sport activity which is known to have several mental health benefits. Paddleboarding can reduce symptoms of anxiety as well as help you build self-confidence. Paddleboarding can also be a social activity which helps you connect with others.
