Start your week with this mixed level yoga class designed to help you to unwind both your mind and body. Increase self-awareness as you practice a range of yoga poses to help you to develop mindfulness and let go of stress and tension. Enjoy guided breathing and relaxation techniques to foster calmness.
Yoga mats and blocks will be provided on the day, but bring your own mat if you have one.
Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and bring water to keep hydrated.
