Wellbeing Walks

Please note: There are no walks taking place on bank holidays.
Our Wellbeing walks (previously known as Walking for Health) group offers free walks for adults in the borough.
Meeting at various parks and open spaces across Redbridge on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Walking has many health benefits and best of all its free, all you need to do is turn up and enjoy the company.
25 August at Clayhall Park – No Walk Bank Holiday
Monday 10.30am – Brisk Walk in Hainault Forest
The 1st Monday of the Month at Hainault Forest unless there is a Bank Holiday, then there will be NO walk (the walks will take place on the first non-Bank Holiday Monday of each month). Meet at the car park adjacent to Global Cafe
Mondays 11am
Across various parks and open spaces in Redbridge. No walk on Bank Holiday.
