- 13:00 – 15:00 Walk it Out drop in activity (all ages welcome) Ground Floor, Foyer
- 13:30 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 14:30 Chair Yoga Taster (aimed at older adults, but all welcome) Gloucester Room, First Floor
- 14:30 – 15:30 Talk – ADHD in Women and Girls with POWWAI, BOOK HERE, Hub Central, Second Floor
