As part of our Death Positive Library programme, join us for a series of gentle, reflective and creative grief-healing workshops with Nadia Abdul-Qayum, Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor.

Drawing inspiration from the South American Day of the Dead, the workshops encourage participants to honour loved ones who have died while celebrating their lasting presence in our hearts.

  • Thursday, 4 December – 5:30 to 7:30pm – Workshop 2
  • Monday, 8 December – 5:30 to 7:30pm – Workshop 3

Over the course of these three evenings, you’ll be guided through gentle reflection, grounding practices and hands-on creative activities that support emotional expression, remembrance and healing within a caring community.

Creative Activities including Clay-Making:

  • Personalised candle holders
  • Engraved remembrance plaques
  • Writing skills & Memory Jar

These creative activities provide a tactile and meaningful way to honour loved ones, transforming emotions into personal keepsakes.

Don’t wait — spaces fill quickly. Come and be part of this shared journey of remembrance and healing.
