To celebrate Women’s History Month, this Redbridge Museum exhibition explores the lives of women in Ilford, Wanstead, and Woodford over the past 100 years.

The displays uncover the local suffragette campaign to win the vote, the impacts of two world wars, the changing pattern of work, education, family life, and sisterhood.

The exhibition features historic objects, photographs and oral histories and is a unique chance to meet Redbridge’s very own ‘Wonder Women’.
