At this session, parents/guardians can join their children aged 5-13yrs in 20 minutes of yoga-inspired exercise choreographed with children in mind. Yoga for children includes poses that aim to help to increase flexibility, strength, and coordination.
The classes are intended to be fun and engaging. They may include games, storytelling through movement, fun names for the poses, and animal noises!
Whether you are an outdoor enthusiast or just looking for a fun day out, the open day at Fairlop Waters Country Park is not to be missed. So, come along and join in on the fun!
