Redbridge Libraries are working with The Welcome Project to be able to supply the homeless community with some much needed support.

On Thursday 12, Friday 13, Saturday 14 and Friday 20 December we will collect items and coats that are to be handed out to the homeless community in Redbridge. You can help us by bringing in your donated items to any of our Redbridge libraries.

Please bring your unwanted coats or jackets (of any size), plus any of the items listed below and it will be donated to the homeless community.

You can bring:

Basics

• Toothpaste
• Shower gel soap
• Shampoo and conditioner
• Deodorant

Additional items

• Wipes
• Tissues
• Plasters
• Alcohol hand gel
• Lib balm
• Hairbrush
• Nail clipper
• Underwear/Socks
• Snacks
• Chocolate/Sweets
• Small bottle of water
• Small carton of juice
• Playing cards
• Men’s belts
• Hats/Gloves
• Coats/Jackets
