Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre receives ‘Very Good’ in quality scheme assessment for sport and leisure


Fullwell Cross Leisure centre has received a Very Good assessment by Quest, the UK’s quality scheme for Sport and Leisure. Quest has been running for over 20 years and is recognised and supported by Sport England as the recommended Continuous Improvement Tool for leisure facilities and sports development teams. The tool is designed in measuring how effective organisations are at providing customer service.

In a recent evaluation of Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre, located in Barkingside, Quest has awarded the centre ‘Very Good’ status for all modules assessed including community engagement, customer journey, programming and operational management. Quest describes scoring Very Good as “the centre meets majority of the criteria and there are only minor areas for improvement.”

In addition to this, Fullwell Cross received a score of ‘Excellent’ on cleanliness and hygiene. Quest describes scoring excellent as “the centre meets all the criteria and the service could not be faulted.”

Fullwell Cross has been registered with Quest for 13 years and the current accreditation expires in July 2022. The centre offers a range of facilities including swimming, gym, fitness classes and a spa. Learn more about the centre, and how to become a member on our centre page.
