Introducing Vision Fitness on Demand

Keeping active has never been so important, both for our physical and mental wellbeing. With many people confined to their homes, we are delighted to be able to offer an ‘at home’ alternative to exercising with our new Fitness on Demand programme, launched 19 November.

Vision Fitness on Demand gives our local community the opportunity and means to exercise at home, on any deviceno equipment necessary. Activity and wellness can be life changing, particularly in the current climate, with gyms closed and the months getting colder. 

2020 has been a year of uncertainty, and more people than ever before are turning to home-workouts which is why we have launched our very own Aerobics, Zumba, Dance, Yoga & Meditation series, with more to come soon!

Physical activity can help improve mental health by aiding sleep regulation and boosting self-esteem, which in turn can reduce the risk of depression. It also releases feel-good hormones that help to regulate mood, making you feel better in yourself and giving you more energy. Being able to take part in classes in the comfort of your own home makes exercising more accessible.
