Junior Gym Timetable • Vision RCL

Our Junior gym sessions are specialised fitness sessions designed for young people, aged 11–16, to help them get active, learn proper exercise techniques, and build confidence in the gym environment. These sessions are supervised by trained staff to ensure safety and provide guidance on how to use equipment effectively.
