Following discussions between Redbridge Council, Redbridge Theatre Company and Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure on the future of the Kenneth More Theatre, Vision will take over the Theatre’s operations from 1 September 2019.

Vision is already receiving a significant number of enquiries from hirers and volunteers. We will be responding to these from September, but please do register your interest by emailing kmt@visionrcl.org.uk. We are not currently recruiting any staff for the Theatre. However, any future vacancies will be advertised on our website.

We will ensure that the KMT is available to hire by a range of theatre companies both old and new, along with a new programme of events and activities. The KMT will be taking part in the Fabula Festival taking place at Redbridge Central Library and the Town Centre over the weekend of Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 October. We encourage any companies interested in hiring the theatre, or potential volunteers, to visit the theatre and meet the Vision team at that time.

More information about our upcoming programme, including details of this year’s pantomime will also be released from September and details will be available through the Vision website. Our new brochure will be launched this Autumn giving details of what’s on across both the Kenneth More Theatre and Redbridge Drama Centre.
