Serenity Wellness Pathway
Your pathway to Wellness
Vision Redbridge are pleased to introduce the Serenity Wellness Pathway, a new fully funded programme designed to support women in Redbridge who have experienced domestic abuse, violence, or significant trauma.
Based at Serenity Ilford, our women-only wellbeing space, this 12 session programme offers a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment where women can rebuild confidence, improve both physical and mental health, and feel empowered in their wellbeing journey.
Participants will also have opportunities to continue engaging in activities and support beyond the programme.
Referrals to the programme are accepted from health professionals and partner organisations, ensuring women who would benefit most can access the support available.
12 session Activity Programme
The pathway begins with a 1:1 initial assessment, allowing us to understand each participant’s individual needs, health status, and personal goals. From there, participants will take part in a 12 sessions of activity, including:
- Supported gym sessions and exercise induction
- Access to group exercise classes and flexible gym use
- Small group sessions for those needing additional support
- Relaxation and wellbeing workshops
- Opportunities to explore mindfulness, stress management, and self-care
- Nutrition and healthy lifestyle guidance, book your free place on our free workshop with Nutrable:
Holistic Wellbeing Sessions
In addition to physical activity, participants will have access to a range of holistic wellbeing sessions throughout the year, helping to build resilience, improve emotional wellbeing, and encourage positive social connections.
The programme aims to:
- Improve physical health and mental wellbeing
- Build confidence and self-esteem
- Reduce isolation and increase social connection
- Support long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes
Fully funded
The Serenity Wellness Pathway is fully funded, ensuring there are no financial barriers to participation.
