Wellbeing Walks
The Wellbeing Walks offers free walks for adults. The walks run from various parks and open spaces across Redbridge on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Walking has many health benefits and best of all its free and led by qualified walk leaders, all you need to do is turn up and enjoy the company and the changing seasons. No booking required.

Your guide to walking in Redbridge
The Walk Redbridge brochure is designed to make it as easy as possible for you to start leisure walking. It gives bus routes to the walks’ starting points and grades each walk depending on the type of terrain.
Mobility Walk and Talk
For people recovering from strokes and other mobility impairments such as MS. The walk is very gentle and at a very slow pace.
Day and time: Every Thursday, 10am
Duration of walk: 30 to 45 minutes depending on the individuals/group
Dementia Walk and Talk
For people living with dementia, mental health illness and disabilities. It’s a nice gentle walk and a chance for a good bit of chit chat along the way.
Day and time: Every Thursday, 11am
Duration of walk: 45 minutes to one hour
