Our parks and outdoor spaces are available to hire for large or small events. You just need a clear event purpose, clear plan and safety measures.
All events must be approved by the Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure Events Team. Each event is unique and we need a clear outline of the event before we can confirm if it can be held in one of our parks or outdoor spaces. Once we have received your application we will make a provisional booking and provide you with a named contact.
Depending on the type of event, you need to discuss your plans in detail with the events team and the safety advisory group at least 4 weeks before the event.
You may also need to apply for a license from the London Borough of Redbridge. Although some of our venues hold premises licences, it is the responsibility of the hirer to enquire whether their event requires a license
The deadline for all event applications is the 31 January each year.
