We have eleven outdoor gyms in our parks and open spaces across Redbridge. They are free to use and fun way to stay way to stay active whilst getting some fresh air. By using the outdoor gyms frequently this will enable you to maintain/lose weight, strengthen your body, increase your fitness levels and improve mental wellbeing.
Our Health & Wellbeing team recommend 150 minutes each week of moderate-to-vigorous-intensity of physical activity, in bouts of 10 minutes or more.
