Please contact us to check availability, seasonal bookings may require you to be put on a waiting list. We will require the following information at the time of your enquiry:

• date, time and the venue of the pitch you want
• the name of the club you represent
• your contact details, including name and address, telephone number and email address
• state whether you require a one-off or regular pitch hire
• a completed application form and public liability insurance certificate (with a minimum liability cover of £5Million)
• full payment prior to any game being played

Payment can be made by credit or debit card by calling 020 8708 3004, cheque or bank transfer. Details of how to pay will be included in the letter with the application form and invoice. Please do not send cash, as we cannot accept responsibility for any loss.

Alternatively payment can also be made by cheque made payable to ‘Vision Redbridge’ and sent to Vision Finance Team, 3rd Floor Central Library,  Clements Road, Ilford, Essex, IG1 1EA.

Please quote your invoice number and the name of your club on the back of the cheque.
