Vision Leisure – Your Health & Wellbeing Commitment

At Vision Leisure, your health, comfort, and confidence come first. We’re here to support you in reaching your goals safely, responsibly, and at a pace that works for you. Before you get started, we simply ask that we work together to create a safe and positive experience for everyone.

Your commitment to us

  • Know your limits.
We encourage ambition, but please be mindful of your own abilities and train at a level that feels right for you.
  • Listen to your body.
If you feel unwell, light‑headed, or unable to continue, let a member of our team know immediately so we can support you.
  • Medical guidance matters.
If you’ve been advised by a medical professional not to exercise—or if you’re aware of any reason you should avoid certain activities—please tell us before taking part.
  • Stay aware of your surroundings.
For your own safety, please follow any notices, guidance or instructions provided by our staff.
  • Update us if things change.
If your health circumstances change, please let us know so we can help you review or renew your commitment.

Our commitment to you

  • Your independence, supported.
We’ll always respect your ability to manage your own activity levels, offering guidance when needed while giving you the freedom to enjoy your workout your way.
  • A safe environment.
We commit to maintaining our facilities and equipment to a high standard, ensuring they are safe, clean and ready for you to use.
  • A friendly, knowledgeable team.
Our staff are here to help. While we’re not medical professionals, we’re trained to support you during your visit and direct you to the appropriate assistance if required.
  • Qualified professionals.
We work to ensure our team members are trained in accordance with recognised industry standards so we can provide you with a safe and positive experience.

These commitments are offered as guidance to help promote a safe and enjoyable environment. They are not legally binding and do not create enforceable obligations for either party.
