Out of the Deep Blue

Saturday 22 – Sunday 23 June
Barkingside and Ilford Town Centre

Out of the Deep Blue is an outdoor physical theatre performance featuring a 13-foot tall Puppet operated by 5 puppeteers and a female dancer. The performance tells the magical story of Eko, a sea giant who rises from the deep ocean and who encounters, on the shore, a courageous little girl called Violet. The performance is in two-parts: a promenade of the giant puppet and a 25-minute dance theatre duet.

Saturday 20 July – Sunday 21 July
Barkingside and Ilford Town Centre

TEABREAK serves as a portal into an experiential world of tea drinking and performance. Free, freshly brewed tea is served from Trigger’s Tuk Tuk, offering the opportunity to sit, enjoy a cup of tea and companionship and subtly be taken through the history of tea.
