Vision RCL provides a wide range of leisure and culture facilities and services. Our employees, volunteers and contractors will be in regular in contact with children, young people and adults at risk, to varying degrees depending on their role.
We are committed to providing a positive, respectful and supportive environment to ensure the safe use of our services and facilities, in addition to the general welfare of children, young people and adults at risk. We aim to foster a culture that allows customers, employees and other stakeholders to raise concerns that they may have about the welfare and safety of themselves and others.
