Following a recent inspection and maintenance works by Vision RCL, the half pipe (main piece of Forest Road skate park equipment as pictured) has been found to be damaged and unsafe and must unfortunately be removed from the skate park.

Vison RCL and the council have acted quickly to protect resident safety. We know how the facility is popular and important to the local community and are working together to look at funding for new facilities moving forward. In the meantime, the remaining facilities in the skate park remain open for use.
