In our busy, stressful lives, we all need to take time out to look after ourselves, learn to love our bodies, and reap the benefits of exercise which can be far reaching. Exercising makes you feel more positive, increases your sense of well being and gives you the energy needed for living a full and happy life. Vision RCL provides a variety of activities and locations for you to participate and improve your physical fitness.


We have gyms located at Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre, Mayfield Leisure Centre, South Woodford Library & Gym and Wanstead Leisure Gym. All facilities are modern, well designed areas providing a mixture of cardio resistance machines along with a selection of free weights and functional training spaces.

Before using any of our gyms you must watch our online induction or speak to reception to request an onsite induction with one of our fitness instructors.

Fitness Classes

There are a wide range of classes offered across the four centres, from Yoga and Pilates to HIIT, Circuits and Kettlebells as well as Boogie Bounce and Zumba, we really do have something for everyone. Classes can be booked two weeks in advance by members and 2 days in advance by non-members.

Youth Fitness

Vision’s Youth Fitness sessions provide 11 – 15yr olds with the perfect opportunity to train and workout with professional Fitness Instructors in our gyms.

All Youth Fitness users must complete and return our  Registration/Health Screen Form and Parental Consent Form before being allowed to train.

Personal Training

Vision RCL works in partnership with local personal trainers at each of the centres, allowing members to benefit from one to one training if they require. You can obtain more information on the Personal Trainers at your local centre by enquiring at reception.
