We are committed to providing activities for all of our community to come together to improve their overall wellbeing. These sessions include Walking, Forest Yoga and Pilates, Keep Fit and Wellbeing Yoga. Participation in regular physical activity can increase our self-esteem and can reduce stress and anxiety. These sessions are great for improving fitness levels and providing a supportive, friendly social environment where everyone is welcome.
Walking Activities
Our walking activities programme offers free walks for everyone of any age and ability. Walking has many health benefits and best of all its free and led by our qualified walk leaders, all you need to do is turn up and enjoy the company and the changing scenery and seasons.

Wellbeing Yoga
Start your week with this mixed level yoga class designed to help you to unwind both your mind and body. Increase self-awareness as you practice a range of yoga poses to help you to develop mindfulness and let go of stress and tension. Enjoy guided breathing and relaxation techniques to foster calmness.
Keep Fit Class
Our Keep Fit class is friendly and taught by and experienced Group Exercise instructor. It combines physical exercise and rhythmic aerobic exercise set to a variety of music, with stretching and strength training, keep fit exercise classes are perfect for helping you improve all elements of your fitness. From improving flexibility, muscle strength to cardio-vascular fitness. Our sessions are open to all ages and abilities.
