Forest Yoga & Pilates
Forest Yoga aims to relive anxiety, de stress’s and calm the mind, increases cognitive function, concentration and gives you more energy,
It also strengthens the body and improves flexibility especially in the hips, therefore improving balance reducing stiffness and giving better stability.

Start your week with this mixed level yoga class designed to help you to unwind both your mind and body. Increase self-awareness as you practice a range of yoga poses to help you to develop mindfulness and let go of stress and tension. Enjoy guided breathing and relaxation techniques to foster calmness.
Keep Fit Class
Our Keep Fit class is friendly and taught by and experienced teacher. It combines physical exercise and rhythmic aerobic exercise set to a variety of music, with stretching and strength training, keep fit exercise classes are perfect for helping you improve all elements of your fitness. From improving flexibility, muscle strength to cardio-vascular fitness. Our sessions are open to all ages and abilities.
