We offer a wide range of support and projects for schools – from workshops to productions to curriculum support. Below is an overview of what we can offer and how to get in touch!
Workshops
Teaching the children of Redbridge and the surrounding boroughs has been a passion of ours for many years. By engaging through the performing arts, children are able to access information in a completely different way in order to develop a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
Our workshops can be one-off or regular, whatever fits your needs best!
One off workshops can be tailored to the curriculum or project you are currently working on, supporting the children’s learning or offering an exciting hook into a new topic.
Previous Cross-Curricular workshops have included:
- English & Literacy: Storytelling, Poetry & Verse, Novels, Shakespeare, Speaking & Listening
- Topic: World War Two, Vikings, Volcanoes
- Science: Sustainability & the Environment, Space, Forces
We also offer regular sessions, whether held as an after-school club, during PPA time or to help facilitate a school production. These sessions can be based on a subject of the schools choosing or by our facilitator, the choice is yours!

Performances
At the Redbridge Drama Centre and Kenneth More Theatre, we offer a vibrant programme of school performances designed to inspire, educate, and engage young audiences.
From high-quality touring productions to in-house shows, our performances are carefully selected to support the curriculum while sparking creativity and imagination. With a welcoming theatre environment, accessible daytime performances and opportunities for students to experience live theatre up close, we aim to create memorable cultural experiences that enrich learning beyond the classroom. Schools can also benefit from tailored workshops and post-show discussions, helping to deepen understanding and bring the magic of theatre to life.

Projects
Redbridge Creates offers an exciting programme of education and participation projects, giving young people the chance to take centre stage and be part of unforgettable performance experiences.
From the Redbridge Music Service Choral Festival at the Royal Albert Hall, to school choir opportunities in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and the Just Sing project, our programmes bring young people together to perform and celebrate their creativity on stage.
