Sir James Hawkey Hall was the civic hall for the former borough of Wanstead and Woodford, that was opened in March 1955 by Sir Winston Churchill. Its grand mid-century decor and commemorative historical items lend an impressive backdrop for your function.
The venue includes the main hall, smaller side hall, large foyer, dressing rooms, green room, ladies lounge/prayer room, kitchens, servery and large stage; making it ideal for a wide range of functions and events.
