When dealing with wildlife and working with partners such as DEFRA and the Environment Agency, the Swan Sanctuary always provide dedicated care and specialist treatment at difficult times.

Over the years there have been many occasions where Vision – Redbridge Culture & Leisure have required specialist expertise offered by the Swan Sanctuary Charity. This donation shows our full appreciation, for the hard work and support provided to Vision RCL.

Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure manage over 56 Parks and Open Spaces on behalf of Redbridge Council, which includes many lakes, various swans, and bird species.

Vision would like to thank everyone at the Swan Sanctuary for their ongoing support and commitment to the protection and management of swans in our lakes in the boroughs parks. This small gesture from Vision will hopefully allow them to continue their excellent voluntary work.

Now that spring is here, this is the time that nesting and young birds to be hatched takes place, to find out what you can do to help visit our Keeping Redbridge Wild page.
