Libraries offer a whole range of volunteering opportunities, from going out into the community in our Home Library Service, to helping to teach computer IT skills, we have lots to offer.
Volunteer in theatre
Volunteering at the Kenneth More Theatre or Redbridge Drama Centre can be very rewarding, you will get the opportunity to watch our shows, and help the audience find their way around the building.
Volunteer at Valentines Mansion
Volunteer at our 320 year old historic house, nested in a tranquil corner of Valentines Park. Help support the house during open days, meet new people and learn about the history of the mansion.
Volunteer with the Health and Wellbeing Team
You don’t have to be good at sport, or even have played it to volunteer with the sport and health team. Help encourage residents to be more active, through our walking for health scheme.
Volunteer with the Culture Team
Could you help assist the Culture Team to deliver, exciting, fun and reflective outdoor arts for all the community to enjoy together?
