Wanstead Shotokan Karate Club at Wanstead Festival

Wanstead Shotokan Karate Club is one of the oldest established clubs in London and has been running for over 39 years. The club is run by Sensei Sensei Gary James 5th Dan who has worked tirelessly to keep the club standards at a high level. 

Wanstead Karate are a family friendly based club that continues to set high standards, we welcome students from 6 years upwards. We have many parents training alongside their siblings and family members, and we offer a free taster session to anyone that wishes come along and give karate a try. We are based at Wanstead Leisure Centre in the main hall.
