That’s why we’re proud to be taking part in Community Leisure UK’s Seriously Social 2026 campaign – a national celebration of charitable organisations that put people before profit.
Launching on Monday 8 June, this week-long campaign shines a spotlight on the incredible social impact charities and social enterprises make every day. Throughout the week, themes including Health & Wellbeing, Community, Environment, Employment and Inclusivity will showcase how organisations like Vision Redbridge are helping people lead healthier, happier and more connected lives.
For nearly 20 years, in partnership with Redbridge Council, we have been providing places where people and communities can thrive. What makes Vision unique is the way our services work together to support residents at every stage of life. Whether someone is improving their health through a GP Referral programme, discovering a love of reading at their local library, enjoying a community festival in one of our parks, learning to swim, joining a theatre group, or taking part in one of hundreds of weekly activities, every experience contributes to stronger communities and better outcomes for local people.
By bringing these services together under one organisation, we create efficiencies that help save money, maximise resources and unlock opportunities that might not otherwise exist. This collaborative approach enables us to invest more back into our communities, support those who need it most, and deliver lasting social value across the borough.
