  • Redbridge Drama Centre – 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday-Saturday
  • Kenneth More Theatre – 10.00am – 6.00pm Tuesday-Saturday

Refunds

Our policy is that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless the event is cancelled or postponed.

Tickets may be able to be returned or credited to your account, at the management’s discretion, if an event has sold out and the tickets can be sold on to other customers.

Latecomers

Where possible we will admit latecomers into a performance at a suitable point, at the discretion of the Front Of House Staff. However this is not always possible, and we cannot offer refunds to customers who arrive late.

Seating

We reserve the right to ask customers to move if necessary.

BSL Interpreted / Signed Performances

Some of our performances are BSL Interpreted. Trained British Signed Language (BSL) Signers will stand to one side of the stage and interpret the script used by the performers at the same time as it is being performed.

Relaxed Performances

A relaxed performance is a show that’s been adapted to suit people who might require a more relaxed environment when going to the theatre. This may include adults or children with learning difficulties, or those on the autistic spectrum. Depending on the show, slight alterations may be made to the performance though the overall content will not change. We may have removed bright flashing lights, pyrotechnics or very loud noises and there is generally a more open attitude towards audience noise and movement.
