City Hall and London Libraries are inviting residents to take part in a short survey to better understand how people use, value and trust their local libraries. Your feedback will help inform the future development of public library services across the capital.
As 2026 marks the National Year of Reading, this is the perfect opportunity to share your library story and explain the difference libraries make to you, your family and your community.
The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete, and everyone who takes part will have the chance to enter a prize draw to win one of several £50 online shopping vouchers.
The survey asks questions including:
- What do you value most about your library?
- What difference has your local London library made to your life?
- What role do you think libraries play in your community?
- How could libraries better support you and those around you?
