Vision Leisure – Promotional Offer Guidelines

Promotional offers are a great way to enjoy extra value, but they do come with a few important conditions. Please take a moment to read the following so you can get the most from any promotion available to you.

1. General Rules

  • Promotions apply only to the specific membership type and term stated in the offer. We are unable to provide further discounts to Passport, Corporate or LBR Staff memberships
  • We’re unable to accept or honour expired or outdated promotions
  • If you receive a promotional offer after you’ve already joined, it cannot be applied to your existing membership
  • Promotional benefits cannot be paused or carried over if you choose to freeze your membership
  • If you renew or extend your membership, past promotions can’t be used again. Only the promotions available at the time of renewal may apply, and these may differ from those offered to new members
  • Promotional offers are not redeemable in conjunction with any other offer

2. Referral Scheme

The Vision Leisure Refer a Friend campaign awards one entry into a ‘win a free annual membership’ draw

  • If a member of Vision Leisure refers a non-member to join Vision Leisure on either a Premier or Lifestyle Direct Debit or Annual membership, both new member and the referring member will be entered into the prize draw
  • This offer does not apply where the referred non-member joins on a Passport, Exercise on Referral, Swim Only or Corporate offer
  • This offer will not apply if either the referring member or the referred member has an outstanding debt with Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure
  • This offer does not apply if the referred member terminates their agreement within the 14 day cooling off period
  • A referring member will receive one entry into our prize drawer for each member they successfully refer on the terms outlined above
  • The new member must still be a member at the time of the prize drawer in order for the referring member to qualify for entry to the drawer
  • This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time
  • Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and this Offer at any time without notice, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour
  • Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure will not be liable for the reproduction of this Offer or any indirect access via third party websites or otherwise and where such reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or Terms and Conditions connected with this Offer.
