We aim to make our booking process as fair as possible for the maximum amount of customers. Therefore we ask that members do not book an unreasonable number of sessions which may have an impact on other members. If members book multiple sessions per day, we reserve the right to cancel any bookings which are deemed to be excessive, including any sessions that are simultaneous where it is clear that the customer could not undertake both at the same time.  

Cancellation of Group Exercise:  

For Pay Monthly and Annual Members: you must cancel your bookings as soon as possible no less than 3 hours prior to your booking. We recommend cancelling your booking via our App, or via our website for the most seamless experience. You may also cancel on site. If you cancel within 3 hours of the class, or not at all a £5 charge for the activity will be applied to your account. If your booking was not included in your membership and paid for, you will be required to contact the centre to cancel and bookings will be non-refundable. Alternative times will be offered by Vision RCL.   

You can pay any “no show” charges online or at reception at any of our leisure centres. Please not that until you have paid any outstanding “no show” charges, you will be unable to book on to other classes/activities and the turnstiles at the centre will not let you in.  

For Pay as You Go Members: you must cancel your booking at the centre or via phone as soon as possible, no less than 3 hours prior to your booking. If you cancel within 3 hours of your booking, or do not attend at all, your booking will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

You must cancel your booking at the centre or via phone as soon as possible, no less than 3 hours prior to your booking. If you cancel within 3 hours of your booking, or do not attend at all, your booking will be non-refundable and non-transferable.  

Cancellation of Badminton/Squash/Five-a-side: 

You must cancel your booking at the centre or via phone as soon as possible, no less than 48 hours prior to your booking. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, or do not attend at all, your booking will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
