Neurological Rehab
The Neurological Rehabilitation Programme is available to Redbridge residents aged 16 yrs+ who would benefit from increasing their physical activity levels. The Neurological Rehabilitation Programme offers 12 gym sessions for £12 with our specialist instructors.
If you have had a stroke, have Parkinson’s, MS or other neurological conditions and you would like to attend supervised sessions which will help you improve your mobility, well-being, strength, co-ordination and stamina then these might be the sessions for you.
We offer group-based rehabilitation classes initially to aid in regaining mobility, yoga for Stroke classes and gym sessions.

Please speak to your Doctor or Practice Nurse, or other health professional, as they will be required to refer you to us.
