What’s on

Around South Asia Fitness – Forest Bathing (Bhutan)
Join us for this forest bathing experience where we will celebrate Bhutan’s traditions and heritage.
We will approach entering the Hainault forest as though we are stepping into Nature’s very own Temple.
Taking the time to absorb our environment, we will connect with the different energies to make this a more spiritual practice. The focus will be on letting go of the material world and focusing solely on becoming one with nature.
Let yourself experience the deep sense of peace brought by letting go of thinking!
Advanced booking is required.

Whether it’s dance, yoga, Pilates, fitness, or gardening, those joining can choose an activity to suit them. Once residents have a taste of doing things like Zumba, swimming or cycling, our hope is that they’ll feel more confident to come along to a class running on a regular basis within the Borough.
Those joining can come along to try something new, re-connect with an old interest or something they’ve never thought to try before: supporting people to move more and enhance their positive wellbeing. Attendees do not need to be experienced in fitness or exercise; no matter the age or fitness level, anyone can join and reap the positive benefits of joining the sessions.
