Terms and Conditions of Offer

Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure whose registered address is Redbridge Central Library, Clements Road, Ilford, IG1 1EA is the promoter of this offer. 

1. If a member of Vision RCL refers a non-member to join Vision RCL leisure centres on either a Premier or Lifestyle Direct Debit or Annual membership, the referring member will be given one month of their membership cost for free. (“Offer”) 
2. If the referring member is within their 6 month contracted period, the referring member will be given one month free at the end of their 6 month contractual period. If the referring member is outside of their 6 month contracted period, the referring member will be given one month free the following month.
3. This offer does not apply where the referred non-member joins on a Passport, Exercise on Referral, Swim Only, MyGymDiscounts, GymFlex, or other corporate membership. 
4. This offer will not apply if either the referring member or the referred member has an outstanding debt with Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure
5. This offer does not apply if the referred member terminates their agreement within the 14 day cooling off period. 
6. For the referring member to receive one month free, the referred non-member must state that they have been referred by the referring member to join the club under this offer. This can be done by the referred member responding to the ‘referral complete’ notification email, and emailing membership@vision-rcl.org.uk. 
7. A referring member can refer multiple members and can receive one month free for each member referred under the conditions above.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
9. This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. 
10. Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and this Offer at any time without notice, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour. 
11. Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure will not be liable for the reproduction of this Offer or any indirect access via third party websites or otherwise and where such reporoduction misstates or omits any of the information or Terms and Conditions connected with this Offer. This Offer will only be offered to you by Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure.
