About the venue

Foxburrows Barn is a brand-new function suite set within the magnificent 400 acres of Hainault Forest; the scenic views of the surrounding woodland provide the perfect backdrop for your function or event. Our large open plan room has its own adjoining toilets, use of kitchen facilities and the extensive forest surroundings.

The building, dating back to 1856, has been restored to its former glory and is ready and waiting to host your event – from weddings to birthdays, training to conferences, the space can accommodate all kinds of gatherings.

About the venue

Redbridge Central Library is located in the heart of Ilford Town Centre, a short walk from Ilford Train Station. The Library has four rooms available to hire: Studio 1, Studio 2, The Gloucester Room and The York Room. You can hire our rooms individually or maximise your capacity and hire them together.

Our halls

Gloucester Room

The Gloucester Room is our largest hall holding up to a maximum of 90 guests. The hall is perfect for community groups, small scale concerts and comedy performances and much more.

York Room

The York Room is ajoining to the Gloucester Room. The 2 halls can be hired individually, or together. There is a servery hatched connected to this room, which makes it the perfect space for serving and selling refreshments.

Studio 1

Studio 1 is a brand new space in Redbridge Central Library. The space is small, bright and airy, perfect for meetings and training courses.

Studio 2 is ajoined to Studio 1, and is the larger of the two halls. The spaces can be hired out together or seperately.

About the venue

With spectacular views across the lake and country park, the Lakeside Suite can provide the ideal location for your function or event. The large open plan room has its own fully stocked bar and adjoining toilets, not to mention the large balcony for your guests to enjoy the country park surroundings.

The site is licensed for weddings and civil partnerships, suitable for seated meals, Djs and dancing or an afternoon tea reception. 

Equally it is a wonderful location for meetings, training courses and consultation sessions.
