You are welcome to join us for this forest bathing experience where we will celebrate Bhutan’s traditions and heritage. We are going to approach entering the Hainault forest very much as though we are stepping into Nature’s Temple.

Taking the time to absorb our environment, and connecting with the different energies if we wish to make this a more spiritual practice. The focus will be on letting go of the material world and focusing solely on nature.

Deepening our sense of compassion as we explore one of the Earth’s most precious gift: the forest. And experiencing this deep sense of peace that is brought by letting go of the thinking!
