In this hands-on session, you’ll:

  • Design a Unique Wall Hanging: Incorporate your favourite self-care activities into a beautiful piece of art.
  • Foster Mindfulness and Well-being: Engage in a creative process that promotes relaxation and mindfulness.
  • Connect with Like-minded Individuals: Share this enriching experience with others who value self-care and creativity.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a unique piece of art and a reminder of the importance of self-care.

Steps:

  • Reflect on activities you enjoy with provided prompts.
  • Select and decorate a cardboard house shape.
  • Use images, drawings, and collage materials (some provided, feel free to bring your own).

Dive into a world of colour and creativity, where every child can shine! If drawing isn’t your thing, don’t worry—we’ve got loads of other fun ways to create amazing art. This is all about celebrating YOU and your unique talents.

This special workshop is about making art accessible to everyone! For children with special needs and their families, we’ve created a playful, relaxed space where art becomes an adventure. With lots of ways to join in, everyone can explore their creativity—whether it’s painting, building, or simply having fun with colors and textures. If siblings want to hop over to Studio 1, they’re welcome too!

Booking is essential as spaces are limited.
