Instructor Sam Leon has been practising Wu-style Tai Chi Chuan since 2008 and began teaching in 2013 under the guidance of Sifu Gary Wragg. Sam also recently taught our ‘Tai Chi for Women’ sessions at Redbridge Central Library. We’re thrilled to have him back!
This course is open to adults aged 18+ who live, work or study in Redbridge. No experience needed, just come as you are!
Please note: Payment is required in advance. To book your place, pay £3 in advance via Eventbrite. This covers your first class. The remaining £27 is due at your first session and can be paid in one or two instalments. Refunds for non-attendance are at the organizers’ discretion. You’ll also need to fill out a short registration form on your first day.
