Join us at our monthly Good Grief Cafes at Wanstead Library.

A Good Grief Café is a safe space to meet others share and explore thoughts, feelings and experiences of grief and loss.

At a Good Grief Café there is no agenda, objective or theme; the conversation is simply led by the people in the group.

Please note that this is a supportive  discussion group and not designed to be a counselling session.

Join us for tea, cake and a friendly ear. Everyone is welcome, whether your loss is anticipated, recent or a long time ago.

The session is free to attend, but donations are welcome!

Emile Zola’s

The Earth

Directed by Michael Woodwood

Sex, petty squabbles, sibling rivalry and drunkenness in Zola’s tale of a small village in central France and the violence that erupts when an old man divides his land between his three children.

Seventeen actors will gather in a room to prepare and perform a rehearsed reading of a play in a day. What could go wrong?

Plenty – but that’s half the fun of it.

Contains language and sexual references that some people may find offensive.

Suitable for ages 16 years+

This is a script in hand production.
